You And God Can Handle It Together

A new day.

A new week.

We don’t know what’s ahead. We can’t begin to guess what will transpire today. We are unsure what will come our way this week.

It’s quite possible you’re going through some tough stuff right now. How much more can one take? Last week was hard enough.

And this morning? Well, the breakfast table was a rough enough start to the day. If the week goes anything like that, we’re in trouble, right?

Or maybe you arrived at work and you find your load for the week doubled. You have no idea how you’re going to get it all done.

Or it’s possible you’re tired and weary and worn, and you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Friend, I may not know exactly what you’re walking through, but one thing I do know is…

We’re all going through something.

If you’ll allow me to extend some encouragement today, the good news is we’re not alone in what we’re walking through. Not only are we in good company with each other, but let’s not forget the One who loves us most is with us, too.

Remember that I have commanded you to be determined and confident! Do not be afraid or discouraged, for I, the Lord your God, am with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9 GNT

God is with us.

No matter what life throws at you today or in the days ahead, you and God can handle it together.

I don’t know about you, but that truth right there makes my heart swell with joy.

Friend, allow this truth to seek deep right now. You aren’t called to walk this path of life alone. No matter what life hurls at you today or this week, trust God to help you. He will if you allow Him to.

Who in our lives could use this important reminder? Who needs to hear he/she is not alone? It may be the perfect day to extend this truth to another.

Together, you and God can handle much. You make a great team.
