Yes, I’m a few days late in getting my monthly love note out to my family.
But, goodness, we had a wonderful month and an amazing year. I am thankful for the blessing of being wife and mom to these three.
To the three I’m honored to call my family:
Another month is in the books, as well as another year. Time isn’t slowing any, is it? Even though we cannot stop time (no matter how often I’d like to!), we continually do what we can to make the most of every moment together, and to cherish what God gives us.
And He continues to give us much! I’m reminded of the scripture,
Out of the fullness of his grace he has blessed us all, giving us one blessing after another. John 1:16
We truly have a lot to be thankful for!
I am reminded how 2015 was filled with many memory-making moments for us. As I look back, I’m amazed at how God blessed us, provided for us, kept us safe, and was clearly present in our lives. And look at a few of the wonderful times we shared…

This list doesn’t begin to touch on the times at home, the many dinners together, fun moments with family, and so much more. But this list amazes me. Truly, God has united our family in such a beautiful way. Thank you for how you continue to make our family a priority. It warms this wife’s and momma’s heart more than you know!
Thank you also for how special you made our Christmas season, and how wonderful you made me feel on my birthday. Christmas Day was gift… sharing the entire day together here at home. I loved it all. And yes, my birthday was so fun. Thank you for it all from the bottom of my heart!
As we begin this new year, I look with anticipation of what the year will hold. We can be sure that God will be with us in every moment of every day, and that His love will stay constant in our lives. I pray for His provision, His protection, and His peace for us. I pray we, together as a family, and each of us individually, keep Him in the center of our lives. I also pray that we seek God’s best for us and live to glorify Him. May each of us be a bright light in this world.
Bill, I love you immensely, and I am proud of be your wife. Alissa and Zach, I love you, I love being your momma, and I will always be your biggest cheerleader. Thank you for giving me the honor to walk through life with you, and thank you for believing in me and supporting me in all I do.
You make my life amazing. Let’s together make this year amazing!
