My monthly love note to the three I’m blessed to call family – Bill, Alissa & Zach:
Goodness we had a wonderful May. I look back and am completely thankful.
We biked. A lot. It blessed me to have you, Alissa and Zach, join your dad and me last weekend.
We celebrated. A lot. Each day with you is a celebration to me.
We loved. A lot. Loving God, each other, and those around us.
We lived. A lot. Life with you is a blessing.
I thank God for you today and every day.
Bill, life with you is nothing short of incredible. You make me smile. You make me laugh. You help me be the best I can be. Thank you. Our Michigan biking adventure was one of the highlights of our many years together. Thank you for making that happen. God truly blessed us! Each time we go out on the tandem, it’s a joy to experience what you love to do. I love riding tandem with you… on the trails and in life. I look forward to continuing our #50statestandembiketour! Alissa, you’re 22! How did that happen?? You’ll always be my little girl. My Lissy-Lou. Thank you for continuing to make our family a priority, as you go about living your beautiful life. It’s always a joy to spend time with you, and we were able to hang out often in May. I’m so proud of you for all you are doing, the life you are creating, and how you bless others. But I’m more proud of you because of who you are as a person. God is blessing you in so many ways. Continue to put Him first. I love you, Sweetheart!
Zach, you’ve finished your first year of college, and you rocked it! Way to go, buddy. You make me so proud with all you’ve accomplished, and all you continue to do. But who you are and how you live your life is even more impressive. Keep doing your best, and allow God to lead you. Keep your eyes on Him! You have great things ahead, and I look forward to watching you excel in them too. Thank you for making time for me and our family. The times we spend together are priceless to me. I love you, Bud!
