I prayed for you this morning.
I prayed for God to encourage your heart, especially today.
I can’t begin to guess what you’re facing this day, this week. But God knows. And He cares.
He’s well aware of all that’s ahead for each one of us. After all, He knows everything about us.
I asked God to help you see Him and His fingerprints on your life today. I asked Him to draw you close to Him, and I prayed His blessings upon you.
Maybe you’re unsure about your future. Friend, God isn’t. He has a beautiful future planned for you.
Or maybe you’re facing troubled times involving money, health, relationships (or lack thereof). God is with you and He’s not going anywhere .
It’s possible you’re discouraged or disheartened, or are in the depths of depression. God is lifting your head.
Maybe you’re lonely and your heart is broken. Friend, God is especially near to you.
Life may be in transition. Your baby going off to school, or starting college. A parent’s health is in decline. A new job, or loss of one. Trust God in the transition, He’s going to guide you.
Maybe you’re frustrated, or afraid, and you can’t move forward. God is going to go with you as you take each step.
No matter what you’re facing today, friend, trust God through it all. He loves you. He wants His best for you. He isn’t going to leave you.
From my devotional reading this morning, Jesus Calling by Sarah Young:
“Accept each day just as it comes to you. Do not waste your time and energy wishing for a different set of circumstances. Instead, trust Me enough to yield to My design and purposes. Remember that nothing can separate you from My loving Presence; you are Mine.”
You are His, my friend. Rejoice in that truth, and share it with another who could use this reminder today.
Be encouraged.
Much love,
Julie
Hi Julie – Perfect words today, and thank you for the scriptural links (cool beans on the tech stuff, by the way…)
Thank you, Janet for coming by and sharing. I needed those scriptural links myself. (I love how we can insert them in our posts!) Bless you, friend!
