You are in for a treat today! Here’s a truth–a big truth–for today and every day: God wants to dwell with you. Have you ever thought about that? When I pause to ponder this truth, I’m in awe. God wants to dwell with me? Me? Really? Well, if you remember, the last Tuesday of each month I have a guest on the podcast, and today my guest is none other than the wonderful Rachel Fahrenbach. I hear Rachel say this sentence often, of how God desires to dwell with His people, and each time I do, it blesses me so.
Rachel is a friend of mine, and I met her through our writing world a number of years ago. Each Monday morning, however, I’m a part of a small band of women who meet online for a prayer group in which Rachel leads us. That’s where I’ve really gotten to know her, and let me tell you, she’s the real deal. We met up last week and we had a great conversation about life, God, the encouragement found in our faith, and her new Advent book, Dwell. I’m sharing this conversation today in this episode. I think you’ll be encouraged and blessed!
Rachel reminds us: God desires to dwell with His people.
