As a parent, it is wonderful to see our children excel in something they love to do, isn’t it? If you’re not a parent, you can probably relate when you see a friend excel in the same way. Well, we were able to watch Ali over the weekend excel in volleyball again…the sport she loves. It was Regional tournament weekend…the grand finale of volleyball season. The tournament was a couple hours away. Ali’s team played on Saturday and Sunday, so we left Friday after school and returned home Sunday evening.
They played well on Saturday, but even better on Sunday. It was fun to see the girls “gel” together and really play they hearts out. All of them really gave each game everything they had…especially on Sunday. They encouraged each other, they played hard and had fun! They played so well…
they took the championship title of their bracket!
They were so excited and so were the fans watching! I’m glad my sister-in-law and nephew who live near where the games were, got to witness the whole experience 
with us too!
