Happy Thanksgiving!
As we are crawling in bed tonight, our bellies full :-), and our bodies feeling some relaxation from our day, I am thankful…
…I am thankful that God loves each one of us…there’s nothing we can do that will make Him love each one of us more, and there’s nothing we can do that will make Him love each one of us less.
…I am thankful for my husband and children, my extended family and friends.
…I am thankful for rest and relaxation 🙂
…I am thankful for old Thanksgiving traditions and new ones
…I am thankful for some Thanksgiving “firsts” this year…a holiday parade, eating Thanksgiving dinner out, and going shopping 🙂
…I am thankful for God keeping our family healthy
…I am thankful for new memories made these last couple of days
…I am thankful for the freedom we have in America
…I am thankful for Christmas music, which brought extra joy to our day today
…I am thankful for a great meal today (I’m stuffed!)
…I am thankful for the opportunity to sleep in tomorrow morning (no shopping early for me this year!)
…I am thankful for my eternal home, and for the day I’ll be with Jesus, and with my mom and dad
…I am thankful for my friends who I was privileged to share life with who passed away this year…Jill and Steve.
